Returns and Exchanges


Bear in mind that printed and solid fabrics cannot be exchanged or returned since we print on-demand, so in case of doubt please order a fabric swatch first. However if you receive a flawed or damaged order, we are always willing to replace or refund it if you communicate the issue 5 working days after your order reception. Check your order promptly after you receive it to avoid missing the window. 

To be eligible for a return consider / replacement consider (1) your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (2) email us to to start a return or reimbursement request before mailing your package to us (3) include all relevant information along with a photo of the issue and order number if applicable, for quicker processing (4) we do not offer prepaid return labels, so once you hear back from us with instructions, simply choose the shipping service that’s most affordable or convenient for you, at your own expenses.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / replacement. 

 If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed within 14 working days. The refund will be made to your credit card or original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our pattern designs are not returnable or refundable once they have been purchased/downloaded, since they are a digital product. If your purchase is proven defective and you notify us within 10 working days of your purchase at, we will either provide am update to that item.
